The music of “Arte Classica” enchanted guests during the official awarding ceremony of The Green Companies in Bulgaria Competition, held on June 27, 2013 in Sofia. Zornitza Toneva and Filiz Salimova performed a program that included arias from Mozart, Gershwin, Puccini and Luigi Arditi.
Zornitza Toneva and Filiz Salimova returned few days ago from concert activities in Asia, where they fascinated the Chinese audience. Right after, they charmed guests at thceremony on the occasion of the awarding companies that contributed by their policy to environmental protection. „The Green Companies” contest is organized by b2b Media.




NGO “Baby and child” and Foundation “Essence” organized a seminar on June 1, 2013 at the National Palace of Culture with the participation of Dr. Harvey Karp. In pediatric practice, for almost 30 years, Dr. Karp has taught thousands of parents, from working moms to superstars like Madonna, Michelle Pfeiffer and Pierce Brosnan. He came to Bulgaria to participate in the project “The happiest child in Bulgaria”, which plans to provide information about practical techniques and methods for as many as possible in terms of how to improve relationship between parents and their babies and children.
Arte Classica took part in the seminar with Dr. Harvey Karp on June 1st with musical program. Surprisingly, Antonia Evgenieva (piano) and Kalina Vachkova (soprano) were supported by Dr. Karp himself, who turned out to be interested in opera singing.

Rumyana Yanakieva-Hoksbergen (piano) and Ross Hoksbergen (trumpet) had a concert in Stara Zagora on July 26, 2013 and supported the “Classica and Avant-garde” project of Arte Classica. Rumyana graduated from the National Music Academy in Sofia in prof. Dora Lazarova’s class, while she received her master’s and doctoral degree in the USA where she worked with prof. Panais Liras (world famous pianist). Ross Hoksbergen graduated from the doctoral program at State University of Michigan and his career has been built around variety of chamber, symphonic and jazz concerts in Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, France, and Netherlands, among others. The concert program included compositions of D. Enesku (1881-1955), M. Ravel (1875-1937), W. A. Mozart (1756-1791), S. Rahmaninov (1873-1943), etc.

Music for Pregnant Women -

Music atelier for pregnant women was organized for the first time in Bulgaria by Arte Classica. This is a product that combines classical music, performed live, and lecture by the psychologist Nadya Dimitrova, which give unique experience and new knowledge for future mothers.
The classical music has an extremely positive impact on the mother and the baby and it is often recommended that pregnant women listen to classical music because it has a good impact on the physical and intellectual development of the baby in the womb.
The team of Arte Classica launched this initiative because we believe that our music ateliers can be very helpful to the future generation.

On October 1, 2013, VUZF University organized an international conference, entitled “Innovations – Engine for Economic Growth” in Sofia (http://ino.vuzf.bg/en/). Scholars from Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Denmark, India and the USA took part in the event. After its end, the audience of 100 participants moved to Sofia Live Club, where "Arte Classica" presented a classical concert. Few artists performed, namely Ana Lincheva (piano), Antoniya Kyril Evgenieva (piano), Vladimir Valchev (piano), Zornitsa Toneva (piano), Penka Treneva (fleut) Tzvetina Panayotova (violin) and Viktoria Nikolova (soprano).

Arte Classica presented “Evening of American Music” on July 10 in the hall of the Union of Bulgarian Composers in Sofia. The event was dedicated to the national holiday of the USA, 4th of July.
This was the first concert of the project, entitled "Sofia Welcomes Europe and the World", realized with the financial support of Sofia Municipality and the Europe Program 2014 in support of the candidacy of Sofia and the Southwest region for European Capital of Culture 2019. The initiative provides a total of four concerts in Sofia making a musical salute to different nations.
Pianists Kiril Lambov and Antoniya Kyril Evgenieva made their highly successful debut as a piano duo. The piano duo presented an interesting and varied program with music of American composers, like George Gershwin, Scott Joplin, Cole Porter, Victor Young, Errol Garner, Kenny Dorham, Jule Styne, Morgan Lewis and Chick Corea. Works by two Bulgarian composers were performed as well – Kiril Lambov and Tsenko Minkin.
The audience in the overcrowded hall widely applauded the masterful performances of the two pianists who improvised brilliantly on the music of American classics. The evening was as well a premiere for Kiril Lambov’s Nocturne performed by Antoniya Kyril Evgenieva.
„Evening of American Music” was supported also by b2b magazine, Orak Engineering, Treasure Ltd and CM2W. Under the initiative “Sofia Welcomes Europe and the World” Arte Classica will organize four concerts in Sofia, which will offer a musical pieces, composed by the most prominent composers of USA, France and Russia.

Arte Classica presented “Evening dedicated to music inspired by night” on October 1, 2014. The event was hosted by VUZF University of finance, business, and entrepreneurship.
This was the second concert of Arte Classica’s project, entitled "Sofia Welcomes Europe and the World", realized with the financial support of Sofia Municipality and Program Europe 2014.
The concert was also supported by CM2W.
Pianists Zornitza Toneva, Vladimir Valchev and Antoniya Kyril Evgenieva performed Beethoven, Chopin, Shuman, Grig, Liszt, and Debussy. Bulgarian composers, P.Vladigerov and K.Lambov, were also included in the repertoire of the evening.
The audience applauded the performers, who dedicated the evening to nocturnes. During Renaissance, nocturnes were considered instrumental night music with smooth, entertaining character. In XVIII-th century, the composers started to write nocturnes, which represent divertimenti for wind and string instruments, performed at an open space or during the night. In XIX-th century, the genre “Nocturnes” was predefined in the art of the composers of Romanticism. Nocturnes became short instrumental plays with lyrical content. The Irish composer, John Feeld established the beginning of piano nocturnes and the culmination came with the art of Fr. Chopin.
Arte Classica will organize two more concerts under the initiative “Sofia Welcomes Europe and the World”, which will offer music, composed by prominent composers of Russia and France.

The artists of Arte Classica performed "Evening of Russian Music" at the Hall of the Russian Cultural and Information Center in Sofia (Bulgaria) on October 30th. Pieces of M.Glinka, A.Lyadov, S.Rahmaninov, P.I.Tchaikovsky and M. Lambov inspired a large audience, which came to celebrate the Russian National Day with us. The concert was financed by Program Europe 2014 of the Sofia Municipality. Arte Classica was supported also by the private sector through ORAK Group and B2B Magazine. The initiative was also helped by VUZF University of finance, business and entrepreneurship.

„Arte Classica” organized the concert to celebrate the National Day of France. Large audience applauded superb performance of pieces of Claude Debussy, Cesar Franck and Charles Gounod with the participation of pianists Mihail Stoyanov, Rostislav Yovchev and Galina Apostolova. Janeta Stegareva, famous Bulgarian opera singer, and Radmila Petrova, among top violinists in the country, also took part in the event. Kalina Vachkova (sopran) was the anchor for the event. The concert was financially supported by Program Europe 2014 of the Sofia Municipality through the project “Sofia Welcomes Europe and the World”.
